This brief explains changes to the Notification of Vehicle Arrival (NOVA) rules regarding changes to the ultimate use of a vehicle after the vehicle has entered the UK. The changes prevent penalties for late notification being generated in circumstances where there are such changes of intention. The changes also allow the use of the online system instead of the paper form in such cases.
