Learning & Development

We write bespoke courses to ensure that we really address the needs of your business and the needs of your people.

We also recognise that at times a standardised approach meets needs sufficiently, or that sometimes attendance on an open course can be beneficial as delegates get to meet and share ideas with individuals from different backgrounds, experiences and industries.

We are Gail and Clare. Having worked in different organisations in a range of HR, Engagement and Learning & Development roles we decided that it was time to work together – to create our own Peopletopia.

  • A brief spell in the wine trade!
