We are an ILM approved centre offering a range of courses in Leadership & Management. These are offered at Levels 2, 3 & 5 and with both VRQ and NVQ routes available. There is a new and comprehensive choice of units available which means we are able to tailor solutions to meet your needs. We are happy to send out course data sheets detailing the units available.
Using the QCF (Qualifications & Credit Framework) we can offer flexibility with different sized Awards, Certificates and Diplomas to suit your business needs, time constraints and budget.
We also provide some more specialist solutions such as business improvement techniques/continuous improvement, management of volunteers, NHS Leadership Framework mapped courses, coaching & mentoring, assertiveness skills, presentation skills and train the trainer. Some of these are detailed below.

NHS Management Training
How has NHS Management Training Changed?
NHS management training has recently been transformed. The NHS Leadership Framework (LF) was introduced in June 2011 to provide a consistent approach to leadership and development for staff working in the NHS. The following ILM qualifications are mapped directly to the NHS LF to help leaders and healthcare professionals develop and enhance their skills within the parameters of the framework. We are ideally placed to help services across the NHS to embed the LF using our tailored lesson plans and assessments - saving them time, resources and costs. NHS Management Training can now have a very clear focus using the LF.

Business Presentation Tips & Skills
Do you need some presentation tips to help “wow” your audience and get your core message across in a dynamic way that it will be remembered?
We witness an amazing growth in confidence with delegates whenever we deliver this course.
Some of the actions delegates have listed to take forward are; using planning techniques, relaxation techniques and better management of time. This has been delivered on a number of occasions for one of our local hospitals and has seen excellent results.
This is our own bespoke course where we build on existing skills and encourage delegates to critically assess and improve their own business presentations. They will learn the very latest theory in presenting and have a chance to put it into practice in a safe and supportive environment. Presentations will be “leading edge” and never described as “death by power point” again.
It can be delivered as a stand-alone non-accredited course or embedded into one of our ILM Leadership & Management options.
Train the Trainer
This programme enables delegates to be able to assess an individual’s training need, design and deliver on the job training sessions and evaluate their own performance/effectiveness. It will add value to the Company’s Business Objectives and Values by ensuring that when training takes place in the workplace it is relevant, structured and has an impact on performance. Staff will also benefit from an increase in self-confidence.
