By working in partnership with the CMI (Chartered Management Institute) we provide professional qualifications at Level 3 and Level 5 allowing individuals to ultimately achieve the status of Chartered Manager.
The CMI is the only Chartered body for management and leadership in the UK and we offer these professional qualifications on an international basis.

Level 3 Qualifications in First Line Management

We offer two routes to CMI qualifications
1. In house – for larger organisations with a minimum of 12 delegates

“Can Do” Coaching
We have worked with a number of senior executives and people within organisations who are facing specific challenges in their role or with their personal development.
When people are faced with change or transition they often talk about what they CAN’T do.
Our coaching interventions are designed to help individuals focus on what they CAN DO!
We will support individuals to decide upon the goals they want to achieve and we will support them to explore their options and identify tangible actions that will move them towards the outcome they desire.
We will use tools and profiling techniques to help raise self awareness and build levels of confidence and self belief.

Human Resources Consultancy
