Introduction

Winning Moves is software development and programme management organisation with a rich history of delivering successful projects and programmes. Founded over 20 years ago, the majority of our work has involved providing services to the public sector, particularly central and local Government.

Our assingments have often involved us sitting between the public and private sectors, acting as a conduit between the two. We have a particular strength at engaging with private sector businesses, a competence that has many times proved essential to our public sector clients.

We are very focused on delivering on the specific requirements of our clients, regardless of the assignment we’re working on. Our aim is to go beyond simply hitting the numbers, delivering within agreed timescales and ticking boxes (as important as these are). Aspiring to deliver sustainable impact with all that we do helps us to create a legacy beyond the period of the projects and other activities we deliver. The ISO 9001 quality accreditation with our PRINCE 2 processes embedded assists us to back up our passion for providing great service with a methodology that will deliver this consistently and effictively

Software Development

Winning Moves have been developing intelligent software products since 1995, so we’d like to think we’ve learnt a thing or two along the way. Our clients’ essential requirements of our products and related services include user friendliness, robustness, security, flexibility, scalability, being cutting edge and receiving responsive support. These needs have remained upmost in our mind and central to all the services we offer as technology continues to evolve.

We have a range of proprietary software products that are licensed to users across the globe – so far they have been used in over 40 countries – and to date we have trained literally thousands of individuals to make they sure they gain the maximum benefits from our tools. Examples of our product portfolio include:

  • Benchmark Index ®: flexible resource used to measure and compare a wide variety of different areas. Option include utilising our existing business performance ratios/data or developing a bespoke set of quantitative or qualitative measures.
  • Intelligent online self assessment tools and diagnostics.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system: designed as an easy to use, cost effective means to manage various client and project types.

In addition to the existing product range which can be used as is or customised to deliver specific requirements, we also offer bespoke application and website/portal development, ranging from relatively simple to highly complex deliverables. We have a dedicated team of designers, programmers and account managers that work with our clients every step of the way, from initial design through to taking the application or site live.
