Our products, which include bollards, post & rail and post & panel assemblies, cycle stands, Shelters and other street furniture, are hard-wearing and virtually maintenance-free, combining innovation with value to give customers a viable and affordable alternative to traditional cast iron products.

We use the unique Enviro-Cast™ process - a manufacturing technique which combines the high strength of steel with the moulding versatility and weathering performance of environmentally-friendly polyurethane elastomers. This means our products need little or no maintenance and last as long, if not longer, than old-fashioned cast iron alternatives.

Bollards International now also manufactures and supplies a full range of Stainless and Galvanised Steel Bollards, Cycle Stands and Hoop Barriers.

Manufacturing Facility

The products are manufactured in a state-of-the-art production facility adjacent to the parent company facilities in Norfolk. R&D and product testing facilities are close by ensuring that the Company is able to remain at the forefront of developments in the high performance end of the street furniture market. Each step is carefully monitored and all stages of the production process are signed off in accordance with requirements under ISO 9001:2000.

At Bollards International, we take pride in meeting the most demanding customer requirements. As well as offering a wide core range of traditional and contemporary designs, we are happy to produce bespoke bollard solutions to match client needs - whether you want to incorporate logos, coats of arms, or particular colour combinations. In every case, the Polyurethane bollards are tough, abrasion and corrosion resistant, and practically maintenance-free. A full range of Stainless Steel Bollards are also available. Anti-Ram and Removable variants are also available in all Bollard designs.

Post & Rail - Polyurethane

Combining the durability of polyurethane with the strength of steel, our post and rail products are ideal where you need a decorative but functional barrier. Additionally, their resistance to corrosion from salt water makes them particularly suitable for use in marine or coastal environments

Cycle Stands & Forecourt Hoop Barriers – Polyurethane, Galvanised and Stainless Steel

Our cycle stands are manufactured in Enviro-Cast TM high-impact polyurethane for durability and resistance to scuffing. A high quality two-part polyurethane paint finish provides additional protection and ensures long lasting good looks. We also now have a full range in Stainless Steel and Galvanised Steel with a choice of 5 finishes.

‘The Smart Seat’ - Polyurethane
Bollards International have been working to develop a contemporary, functional and attractive seat. The Smart Seat is made from polyurethane material containing locally-sourced rapeseed oil, which means it is environmentally friendly. The centre of the seat is made from recycled steel.

The low cost seat is multi-functional, no fixings are required to fit, and it can be placed in any desired location. The seat can also be customised to suit every client. It can be designed in a variety of colours. Vinyl coverings like graphic shapes; words and equations for schools can also be added to make each Smart Seat individual and unique. Logos from sponsors' companies could also be added. The Smart seat can be placed individually or in clusters. It’s ideal for public realm seating, school playgrounds, roof gardens and open spaces

Custom Logos
The Company aims to provide its customers with the very best in terms of quality and personal service. To this end we are happy to include a personalised finish to our range of street furniture. In particular, we can provide bollards, post & rail and other street furniture items with a specific logo or motif incorporated into the moulded product.

This might be a town insignia, a supermarket logo or a Company emblem. The logo design is moulded into the product using the same high performance polymer as used for the main item. It is also coloured using the same grade of polyurethane paints. Each emblem is hand painted using our team of experienced and meticulous painters.
