RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE/COMPLIANCE

■All applicants complete for employment, and providing a 10 year works history and explaining any gaps in employment            history
■Applicants attend a face to face interview and also complete a short competency and drug calculations tests.
■All professional qualifications and trainings are verified.
■NMC registration and Statement of Entry verified
■Applicants provide 2 x Professional references, with one being current of last employer and to cover at least 3 years.
■Applicants to apply for Enhanced DBS through Devine Care
■Applicants will complete Health Assessment and to be screened for Fitness to Work by our private Occupational Health provider.
■Applicants to provide 2 x proofs of address
■Applicant to produce proof of NI
■Applicants to provide 2 x passport sized photos,.

COMMISSIONING OF SERVICE

Before we could supply any staff, we prefer a meeting with prospective client in-order to understand their specific needs and agree a personalised staffing arrangement which meets their need and work culture. We also take this opportunity to discuss the Service Level Agreement and agree on the fee structure.  

COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT

Devine Care is committed to providing a high level service to our customers. If you do not receive satisfaction from us we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards. We will also identify any patterns or issues with candidate recruitment, management or selection that require review. Any serious complaints are immediately dealt with and the candidate is withdrawn from the booking system until a full investigation is completed.  Complaints with be acknowledged in writing within 3 days and investigation should be completed within 14 days.
