WardLambert HR services is managed and owned by Fiona Ward (MCIPD). The company was established in 2006 to offer HR solutions to organisations using experience gained during her 15 years employment. Scope of experience includes automotive, petrochemical, defence and public sectors; Fiona has experience of both unionised and non-unionised companies.

Fiona is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development since 1997 and holds a diploma in Performance Coaching. Fiona is also registered as a 5 star rated North East Service Provider.
