Mesh Fencing
Zaun’s sister company, Zmesh manufacturers all the mesh used by Zaun. The Zmesh welding machine is capable of manufacturing hundreds of meters of standard mesh, and with a short turnaround time change to manufacturing a comparatively short amount of bespoke mesh. Our mesh panels and posts are galvanised and coated to the relevant British Standards to ensure that they have the maximum life span possible. Stainless steel fixings are used to give the best quality, the quickest install and the best appearance.
Perimeter Fencing: Zaun Manufacture a wide range of perimeter fencing and will advise on the best for your requirements.
Ornate Fencing: Zaun have a selection of ornate fences that can act as perimeter security or low-level demarcation as well as enhancing the area in which they are situated. See our Gemini and Zariba systems as examples.
Sports Fencing: Doubtless one of the leading suppliers in the sports fencing/ MUGA market, Zaun’s product development means that it is widely specified across both the public and private sectors. One of the main problems faced by planners of sports facilities is that there may be objections to the possible noise from the facility. Many fence systems have a distinctive ‘rattle’ when the ball impacts the fencing. Zaun Sports Fencing overcomes this with the use of rubber EPDM inserts that insulate the panel from the post. The panels are also fixed to the posts every 200mm as opposed to the more common 400mm, meaning that rattle is further minimised.
Security Fencing: Zaun now manufacture some of the most impenetrable security fencing available on the market. From the popular anti-climb Hi-Sec prison mesh to the heavyweight dual guard, Zaun can offer the best security fence for your requirements.
Railing Systems
Solid Bar: Solid bar railings are available using round, square or diamond bar. The bars are difficult to climb, as there are no hand or footholds, and the system looks very attractive while offering an extremely robust perimeter. A wide range of finials are available.
Hollow tube: Hollow tube railings are a more economical alternative to solid bar railings. They have a dramatic appearance as they often use a wider diameter bar, and they are available with top caps to give a solid bar appearance.
Gates
Swing Gates and sliding gates are made to measure. They are made to suit the style of the fence you have chosen with a range of infills available from mesh to vertical bar and solid infill. Gates are available as stand-alone items if a gate is all you require, and they can be manual or automated - being activated by cards, pressure sensors or any other means you require.
