RBM Voice & Data Consultancy is a specialist Avaya INDeX supply and Support Company that was formed in 2003.  It has since grown to become one of the largest stockists of INDeX guaranteed 2nd user equipment in the UK,  trading in all aspects of the Avaya INDeX telephone system and has vast stocks of handsets, system cards, processors with many licenses, cables and peripheral items at remarkably low prices. Everything supplied has been stripped down, cleaned and tested then shrink wrapped to maintain its condition and in most cases boxed and labelled/barcoded.

They also offer a variety of maintenance contracts or/and support packages that can save a veritable fortune compared to what you may have been paying in the past, as they reflect the present parts cost and NOT the historic past parts cost. If you consider that most parts cost less than a quarter of what they used to cost, you can see where these savings can come from.  In addition to supplying equipment, they also offer a handset repair service at an incredible £10.00 per handset + carriage + vat (any INDeX handset only) and return them within 5 days with new curly cords and inserts so that they look almost like new. These repairs and all of the products that they supply, come with a “no quibble” 90 day warranty.

Their experience dates back to the days when INDeX was the main product of SDX at Welwyn Garden City, and although AVAYA have now discontinued it, it still stands up as one of the best (and most reliable) products in the market place. Today there are thousands of INDeX systems in operation with competitors trying to replace this fantastic product with new systems of varying reliability, often poor audio and complex user instructions.

Many ancillary products have been added to their base INDeX portfolio, such as LCR, and despite the proliferation of least cost routing companies, they are still able to generate considerable amounts of business for line rentals and call cost business.  Quality is their priority in all of their services, and as such they only use Tier 1 suppliers that are well know and they have worked with in the past and can therefore guarantee complete satisfaction.

Their range of products has expanded to include all aspects of network cabling and they are diverse enough now to incorporate CCTV and other security items and systems into their expanding portfolio.
