We conduct research using all methods of data collection via: our inhouse 100-line CATI telephone unit, our face-to-face UK field force of over 950 IQCS trained interviewers and our inhouse online interviewing system and panel. In addition our inhouse statistical expertise provides our clients with an insightful exploration of customer attitudes through techniques such as key driver analysis, segmentation, and trade off analysis. Public Sector Expertise
The public sector team at Continental Research delivers real insight on current and emerging issues to central and local government clients. Government departments, agencies and local authorities look to us for cost-effective, precisely targeted studies.
Our findings help formulate policy and monitor campaign effectiveness. Our expertise is applied to local projects among residents, these have included research concerning: community safety, budget consultations, cleanliness, event evaluation, community cohesion, communications requirements, usage and attitude and customer satisfaction as well as online panel recruitment.
