Are you ready for GSC?

Latest Whitepaper - Meeting the new Government Security Classifications requirements

From 2nd April 2014, all UK Government organisations and external parties that are subject to HMG Secure Policy Framework will need to make the transition from the old Government Protective Marking Scheme (GPMS) to the new Government Security Classification (GSC) system.

Everyone who works for or with government organisations has a duty to respect the confidentiality and integrity of any HMG information and data that they access, and is personally accountable for safeguarding assets in line with this policy.

Our latest white paper 'Meeting the UK Government Security Classification (GSC) Standards' will outline the key considerations in making the transition to GSC and outline how data classification solutions can help you:

  • Apply GSC policy consistently and easily across your organisation
  • Comply with GSC regulatory obligations
  • Prevent against accidental data loss
  • Increase user awareness of GSC policy and the sensitivity of data
  • Support your GSC training programme
  • Drive IT security and information management technologies (e.g. DLP, encryption)

If you wish to see a demonstration of Classifier in a GSC context, please register for our forthcoming webinar on the 26th March - Making the Switch from GPMS to GSC.
