Balancing the demand for improved customer contact with unrelenting austerity – the Channel Shift journey has made significant savings over recent years. In this latest WiredGov survey, we were keen to discover more about the customer contact solutions currently in place across the Public Sector and what future solutions organisations are planning to implement to improve customer contact.
