Advisory forum minutes

The minutes from the meeting which took place on 21 November 2014 are now available.

The forum advises on the accessibility of the LGO service, provides direct feedback on the user experience and shares views to make sure that the LGO's services meets the needs of all its users.

The forum is made up of a majority stake of members of the public. Alongside these, there are representatives from local authorities as well as those who act as advocates for the public.
