Ask employers and apprentices how they work together to succeed

Two apprentices and their employers will answer your questions on everything to do with apprenticeships live on Facebook on 23 April.

You can post your questions now to the 2 companies and the apprenticesworking for them. You’ll be able to learn first-hand, what it’s like for each.

The first company is Orchid Pubs & Dining who run an award-winning apprenticeship programme. The company is committed to giving people their first step on the ladder to a successful career. Equally, they are keen to support government initiatives to help young people into the workplace.

The second firm is Jonny’s Sister . They are a small business, based in Dorset, that produces and sells British-made, personalised gifts, and treats everyone in their company as part of one, big family.

The GREAT Business campaign has a wealth of information for employers about hiring apprentices, and about the government support available. There are also some terrific case studies on the GREAT Business websitedemonstrating the vital role that apprenticeships play in the UK economy.
