How you submit a research proposal to the Centre for Defence Enterprise (CDE) is changing.

We’re switching off the current Centre for Defence Enterprise (CDE) submission portal. Current users need to save copies of information you have in the portal if you want to keep it.

A new, much-improved online submission process launches in late November 2015.

11 November 2015 is the last date that you’ll be able to submit a proposal using the current portal. Any proposals must be received by 5pm. After this date and time, any further proposal submissions will need to use the new process. You’ll need to sign up again to use this.

If you want to keep any of your proposals that are in the current portal, you’ll need to publish, download and save your PDFs locally.

You must do this before 16 December 2015. Your data won’t be available after this date.

We’ll publish information about the new online submission process here soon. The new user-friendly process will meet the government’s Digital by Default Service Standard.
