Cleaning up London’s Air
Transport for London has started a formal consultation on a proposal to introduce an Emissions Surcharge for older polluting vehicles entering central London from October 2017.
The Mayor, Sadiq Khan, is taking urgent action to help end London’s ‘public health emergency’ after revealing:

- 443 schools in the capital are in areas exceeding safe air quality levels.
Between 5 and 23 July, over 16,000 Londoners gave their views on cleaning up London's air.
