Government Publishes Prospectus on National Cyber Security Centre
Prospectus outlines how the centre will operate and its vision for engaging with the private sector.
In a speech yesterday on the UK’s Cyber Security Strategy at the Telegraph’s Cyber Security Conference, Minister Matt Hancock announced the publication of a prospectus for the Government’s new National Cyber Security Centre.
The Centre’s prospectus, described as a “one stop shop” for businesses in need of cyber security advice and support, sets out how the centre will work, its vision and how it will seek to engage with industry partners.
According to the Prospectus, the Centre will act as a single point of contact for both the public and private sectors, bridging the gap between industry and government and “providing a unified source of advice and support...on managing incidents”.
The full prospectus can be downloaded below. A detailed summary will be provided by techUK shortly.
