IPCC concludes Istiak Yusuf death in custody investigation

The IPCC investigation which started following the death of Istiak Yusuf in June 2015 has concluded and a copy of the final report has been provided to Mr Yusuf's family, Bedfordshire Police and the Coroner.

All relevant material gathered by the investigation was provided to the Coroner on 17th November 2015 and the report was provided to all relevant parties before Christmas.

An Inquest is scheduled to be held in May this year.
