Input sought on draft strategy and business plan

The NDA has published its draft strategy and business plan documents for formal consultation.

Engaging stakeholders

The consultation period for both will run for 6 weeks and so will end on 15 February. These documents reflect the NDA’s 5 year budget as determined through the Spending Review set out by the Chancellor of the Exchequer in his Autumn Statement of 25 November 2015.

An early version of the draft Strategy was published in September 2015 for a period of informal engagement with stakeholders. We are grateful for the responses received. We have now published our response to these comments.

To support the consultation we will be hosting two web chats:

  • 29 January at 11.30am
  • 8 February at 4pm

Both will last one hour. We welcome the submission of questions in advance of the chats at draftstrategy@nda.gov.uk

Our strategy, published every 5 years, looks at our long-term mission through a number of themes while the Business Plan, which is published annually, takes a more focused look at the next 3 years of activity across our estate, together with the associated funding.
