Let TfL take you for a walk

Why not explore some of London's famous and less well-known sites on foot this weekend?

Forty-one free TfL guided walks are taking place this Saturday and Sunday to coincide with the end of National Walking Month.

Organised by Walk London for TfL, the walks showcase the capital's ever-changing landscape, exploring many of its hidden gems as well as the city's famous landmarks, parks and canals.

An experienced walk guide will lead each one and there is something to suit all ages and walking abilities, whether you fancy a short stroll or a challenging trek.

All walks start and finish within easy reach of public transport and explore sections of London's top seven walking routes: Capital Ring, Green Chain, Jubilee Greenway, Jubilee Walkway, Lea Valley, London Outer Orbital Path (LOOP) and Thames Path.

There is no need to book in advance for most walks and people can easily enjoy more than one. For more details, visit www.walklondon.org.uk.
