New newsletter launched

Our new newsletter, A Case in Point, has been launched. 

The bulletin, which is aimed at general complaints handlers in local government, offers an insight into the work of the LGO and the broad range of subject matters that we cover.

This first edition covers topics such as:

  • Housing and homelessness
  • Benefits and Taxation
  • Planning
  • Highways and Transport
  • Environmenal Services
  • Leisure Services

The decisions from which we draw the case studies are readily available on the website.

The LGO already issues specialist newsletters covering our work in Adult Social Care and Children and Young People'scomplaints.

The newsletter will be issued three times a year and can be sent directly to inboxes if people sign up.
