Outcome of investigation into use of Taser in South Ealing

An Independent Police Complaints Commission investigation has concluded that the use of Taser by Metropolitan Police Service officers during an incident in South Ealing was reasonable.

The investigation examined the circumstances of an incident in which officers deployed Taser against a 44-year-old man at an address in South Ealing in August 2013.

The investigation concluded that there was no indication of misconduct on behalf of any officer.
