I.T. Alliance Group, a leading international IT Services Company, will be hosting an exclusive networking event for the UK project management community on 6 July in the Museum of London. During the day, industry experts will be discussing the latest trends in project management, new and smarter ways to deliver IT projects and how Project Managers can make themselves more in-demand in the field.

During the day, AXELOS’ Allan Thomson will be speaking about the Future of Project Management. Featuring findings from the recently published 2016 PRINCE2® Research Report by AXELOS, Allan will specifically cover:

• What are the main challenges project managers face today
• Moving from “Should I adopt agile?” to “How can my business benefit from agile?”
• The gap between individual’s value on working in an agile way and organizational appetite to adopt it
• PRINCE2 Agile®, what’s it all about?

Allan joined AXELOS in May 2014 and has since worked on key projects such as last year’s launch of PRINCE2 Agile. Previous to his role at AXELOS he worked at BP as a Risk Programme Manager for 4 years and at British Gas as CRM Programme Manager for 10 years.
