Services to provide secure telecommunications for HMG

Three new Telecoms services have recently been assessed against the Telecoms Service Requirement - which defines what good looks like - and certified under the CESG Assured Service scheme. They can now be used as a transport mechanism, specifically in the PSN environment, for government data at the appropriate level:

  • Fujitsu – Cloud Network (FCN) service
  • Kenton Group – Layer 2 Ethernet over Copper (EoC) Connectivity Service
  • Virgin Media – IPVPN, Ethernet Extensions, Ethernet Extensions+, Ethernet VPN, National Ethernet, Metro Ethernet VPN, Leased Lines, Dedicated High Capacity Services, Nation High Capacity Services, COINS, IP Site Connect (SIP Trunking), Hosted CISCO Unified Communications as a Service, Offnet Access for Talk Talk (Access Mechanism), Data Centre Module (Access Mechanism)
