Sherry Coutu's 'Scale-up Report' goes from strength to strength
Independent 'Scale-up Report' by techUK Board member Sherry Coutu CBE receives endorsement from industry, academia and politicians.
Sherry Coutu's 'Scale-up Report', launched in November 2014, continues to receive endorsements from industry, academia and politicians, and has catalysed further action on the scale-up agenda, highlighted by a new London Stock Exchange Group report on UK tech growth.
The 'Scale-up Report' was led by Sherry Coutu CBE - a leading entrepreneur investor, techUK Board member and NED on the boards of the London Stock Exchange Group, Cambridge University, Zoopla and an advisor to LinkedIn, Harvard Business School and the Crick Institute. The report was developed through the Digital Economy Council, of which techUK's President Victor Chavez is co-chair. techUK played a major role in supporting the report from inception through to launch. The report's findings are based on an analysis of 50 Scale-up programmes piloted in 20 different countries. The research also involved interviews with the CEOs of more than 200 scale-ups in the UK.
