So-called untouchables will be NCA’s absolute focus says Director General

Lynne Owens, Director General of the NCA, addressed an international audience at the Royal United Services Institute yesterday, with representatives from law enforcement, defence, security, government, academia and the media. 

The Director General said that the NCA was prioritising work around the intelligence picture of crime threats to the UK, and that the agency would ‘focus absolute attention’ on so-called untouchables who take “most of the profit but none of the risks”.
