The Greater London Authority rough sleeping services tender notice

The Greater London Authority (GLA) invites applications from organisations with the appropriate skills and experience for the provision of the following rough sleeping services:

Combined Homelessness and Information Network (estimated annual value £215,000)

The service is responsible for database management and the production of information and reports on London’s rough sleeping population. Information for the database is provided by key services for London’s rough sleepers.

Clearing House (estimated annual value £215,000)

The service is responsible for the allocation of units developed under the Rough Sleepers Initiative.

London Reconnections Team (estimated annual value £600,000)

Supported reconnection of non-UK nationals abroad.

London Street Rescue (estimated annual value £650,000)

Outreach services in London boroughs that do not have commissioned outreach services.

Tenancy Sustainment Team, North (estimated annual value £1.25m)

Tenancy support to those who have moved into Rough Sleepers Initiative units in specific London areas.

Tenancy Sustainment Team, South (estimated annual value £1.25m)

Tenancy support to those who have moved into Rough Sleepers Initiative units in specific London areas.

The services will meet the rough sleeping strategic overarching priorities detailed in the Mayor’s Rough Sleeping Commissioning Framework

To work with boroughs and partners:

  1. to minimise the flow of new rough sleepers onto the streets
  2. to ensure that no-one new to the streets sleeps rough for a second night
  3. to ensure that no-one lives on the streets of London
  4. to ensure that no-one returns to the streets of London
