Universal Credit in 17 more jobcentres in Wales, Yorkshire, Wessex and Gloucester
As of yesterday 17 more jobcentres start offering Universal Credit – the new benefit that makes work always pay.
Yesterday, Jobcentres started offering Universal Credit in:
- Batley
- Spen Valley
- Dewsbury
- Huddersfield
- Scunthorpe
- Barton-upon-Humber
- Grimsby
- Immingham
- Bridgend
- Maesteg
- Pyle
- Porthcawl
- Poole
- Blandford
- Bournemouth
- Winton
- Gloucester

Understanding Universal Credit
Universal Credit will eventually replace 6 existing benefits:
