WWF - EVENT: Wales Climate Action Day

What? Wales Climate Action Day

What date? Saturday 28 November 2015
When and where? 1.30pm - Callaghan Square, Cardiff & 2.00pm - The Senedd steps, Cardiff Bay

Ahead of the United Nations Climate Change talks taking place in Paris this December, join Stop Climate Chaos Cymru for the Wales Climate Action Day! This is our chance to show that Wales cares about climate change.

We'll meet in Callaghan Square in Cardiff at 1.30pm for a mass bike ride down Bute Street to the Senedd in Cardiff Bay, where there will be speakers, entertainment and feel good vibes as we come together to show our love for Wales and the planet!

This is a family-friendly event with a carnival feel to it, so feel free to come in fancy dress and bring a whistle or two! If you don't want to cycle we encourage you to be at the Senedd by 2.00pm to welcome the cyclists.

Sustrans Cymru are coordinating the mass bike ride and are looking for volunteers to marshall on the day. No previous experience is necessary and training will be provided. If you’d like to help out please contact Tim John at Sustrans: tim.john@sustrans.org.uk / 029 2065 0602
