Webinar: How would you rate the maturity of your project or programme management organization?
This webinar is hosted by AXELOS' P3M3 SME, Mike Acaster and presented by John Power, former Head of Project Delivery for the UK Government’s Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC). John will share his experiences of how DECC, a department which valued the whole life of its projects at £169 billion leveraged the P3M3 v3.0 maturity model to benchmark and improve its project management office.
