Welsh NHS Confederation welcomes high patient satisfaction rates in NHS Wales

Vanessa Young, Director of the Welsh NHS Confederation, said: "It is great to see that patient satisfaction levels remain high across NHS Wales.

"We know how important it is for patients and their families to receive great care and therefore it is pleasing that 99% patients felt they were treated with dignity and respect and 98% felt they were given privacy, made to feel safe and were given help to be as independent as possible.
 
"While these findings are extremely positive, we are not complacent. Our members are committed to providing high quality services and will continue to make improvements so patients receive the standard of care that they deserve."
