techUK members selected as finalists in Information Age Women in IT Awards 2016.
techUK would like to congratulate its members who have been shortlisted for Information Age's Women in IT Awards 2016.
Through a series of 13 awards, the Awards highlight the tremendous value that women can bring to IT roles and identify much-needed role models for girls, who make up just 18% of students on UK computing degrees, according to results from a freedom-of-information request submitted by Information Age, organiser of the event.
As part of the eSkills for jobs initiative, we are a sponsor of the eSkills Initiative of the Year award and are pleased that a range of techUK's members are being honoured by being shortlisted as finalists.
