Be An Energy Shopper launches an online quiz to encourage better energy shopping

Yesterday, Be An Energy Shopper launched an online quiz in conjunction with media publishing house Time Inc. The quiz aims to get people thinking about how they can apply their shopping personality to looking for a better gas and electricity tariff. Its featured in the online websites of Marie Claire, Look and Woman & Home magazines.

Readers are encouraged to visit the Be An Energy Shopper website to find out how to start shopping around for their energy bills. There are also options to share the quiz on facebook and twitter networks, allowing users to pass the message on to their family and friends.

Ofgem is keen to get the energy shopping message out to as wide an audience as possible, and this quiz is designed to appeal to people who might not be interested in personal finance columns.
