CMA consults on Immediate Media undertakings

The CMA is consulting on proposed undertakings in lieu of a reference for Immediate Media’s acquisition of a number of magazines from Future Publishing Limited.

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) announced last month that it would consider in detail undertakings from Immediate Media instead of referring the case for an in-depth phase 2 investigation.

Immediate Media has proposed the sale of the following titles and associated digital versions:
