Debating how social media can help or harm politics is the topic for debate at two fringe events hosted by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in partnership with Demos, an independent, cross-party think tank at the Labour and Conservative party conferences.

David Evans, Director of Policy and Community at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT will join an outstanding panel of MPs, journalists and digital political researchers to discuss how ‘Disrupting Democracy: Is Social Media Helping or Harming Politics?’
