BIS: A simple new health check to help local business people spot early signs of decline in their High Street has been launched by Business Minister, Mark Prisk. BIS: Business Secretary Vince Cable has launched a call for evidence (closes on 3 December 2010) to inform the Government’s forthcoming Trade White Paper.
