ADS offers both professional SECURE and CONFIDENTIAL ON-SITE scanning service for those who prefer their documents to remain  at their premises OR a OFF-site scanning service which ALL work is carried out in our own safe and secure premises. ALL our staff are CRB checked, and we do NOT use out workers, or EVER send work overseas as  some of our competitors do.

ADS use the latest Kodak Capture and Fujitsu scanning technology, and ABBYY software to ensure the fastest and most accurate transfer from paper documents to digital format. We offer the latest OCR ( Optical Character Recognition ) as well as black and white, greyscale, or colour in all document sizes.  

ADS registered with the Information Commissioners Office with registration number  Z1700425 and we work in accordance with  BSI-BIP0008-2004 and we offer FREE retrieval software which helps ensure our customers comply with British Standard PD0008.

With old Micro-fiche equipment becoming obsolete, and very costly to use, repair, or replace equipment,  AEC now have the facility to scan your old Micro – fiche films and convert them into PDF or j-peg format so they can be easily retrieved and stored via your office PC. Many public bodies have old, but important information stored on Micro-fiche, but the cost of running and using this information is very expensive. Our Micro-fiche scanning service can save £1,000’s to any operating budget.

ADS offers a full secure shredding service, with a full Certificate of Destruction given free on completion of the work.
