Commoditised IT Hardware and Software (RM721): supplier update
Kelway Ltd, a supplier under the lots 1 and 2 of the framework, has acquired Equanet (a supplier under lots 1 and 3).
Following the acquisition, as Equanet is a trading name of DSG Retail Ltd (DSG) and not a separate legal entity we will not be novating the DSG (Equanet) framework agreement to Kelway.
From 29 August 2013, DSG has been removed from the framework and is not permitted to accept any new orders or form any new contracts with customers under the framework.
