National MoUs with Northgate improve day rates for local authorities
Two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) have been established, with effect from 1 April 2013, between Northgate Information Solutions UK Limited – Public Services Division and Northgate Arinso UK Limited (together and individually “Northgate”), the London ICT Programme and Government Procurement Service (“GPS").
The first agreement is for day rates for all UK local authorities taking ICT services from Northgate Information Solutions UK Limited, which will be capped at the levels agreed in the MoU.
The second agreement is for day rates for all UK local authorities taking ICT services from Northgate Arinso UK Limited.
The rates reflect the lowest currently available for each staff grade offered by Northgate under GPS frameworks. If you are already paying rates lower than those in the MoUs you will not be required to pay higher rates, i.e. the best price will apply.
