DH and DCSF seek creative and communications planning agencies for new campaign
The Central Office of Information (COI), in conjunction with DH and DCSF, has invited the following agencies to pitch:
Creative
* DLKW (incumbent)
* VCCP
* Leo Burnett
* M&C Saatchi
Communications Planning
* Naked (incumbent)
* MEC
* MGOMD
A recent strategic review held by DH and DCSF recommended evolving the way campaigns are used. It recognises that in addition to the measures that people can take to protect themselves against unwanted pregnancy and STIs, better communication between individuals and different audience groups have an important role to play in bringing about safer sexual attitudes and behaviours. This will involve engaging a broader audience of parents, teachers, young people and health care professionals.
