Financial Ombudsman Service outreach work in the community

FOS are very keen to work with groups of consumers who – according to research – are less likely to know about their rights to complain and about the free availability of the Financial Ombudsman Service.

FOS also want to work closely with consumers who may face particular barriers in bringing complaints to us – for example, because of language difficulties or disabilities.
