District Judge Richard Peter Whitehurst retired as a District Judge on 30 April 2012.

District Judge Whitehurst (67) was admitted as a solicitor in 1966. He was appointed as a District Judge in 1986, as an Assistant Recorder in 1993, and as a Recorder in 1996.
