Nick Nairn launches food blog
Celebrity chef and cook school proprieter Nick Nairn has launched the first video blog on the national food discussion.
The blog is now live online as part of the national discussion on food, giving people the opportunity to have their say on on the future of Scottish food.

Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs and the Environment Richard Lochhead said:
"Since launching the national food discussion just last month I have been overwhelmed by the response from people across the nation.
"Food is a subject which evokes a passion amongst us all, which is why I would encourage everyone to visit www.scotland.gov.uk/food and have their say to help us develop the first national food policy for Scotland."
Nick Nairn said:
"We have some of the finest produce in the world in Scotland, the challenge now is to get people to come and talk to the Government about what they want from a national food policy. We have all the right ingredients here, we just need to appreciate them to make the most of Scotland's food."
Further video blogs will be added to the website throughout the food discussion.
People are invited to go to the food blog, read what those who have already responded to the discussion have said, and submit their own contribution.
