Making a whistleblowing policy work
The National Audit Office has today published its second report on whistleblowing. The NAO’s first report reviewed whistleblowing policies from 39 bodies, including its own, against good practice.
This second report focuses on how organizations provide the best conditions to encourage people to come forward. The NAO examines the systems, structures and behaviour that enable effective whistleblowing to take place.
