Telephony Services (RM1035) is a new multi-supplier pan-government framework for the purchase of telephony services.

It enables customers to purchase traditional telephony services that were previously available under legacy frameworks such as Telecom Networks, through flexible catalogue service package offerings and further competitions.

Whilst PSN compliance is not a requirement of the framework, its services form part of the strategy to migrate customers from legacy services to fully PSN compliant services as described in the Government’s ICT strategy. Transition guidance is available for all customers planning telephony procurements to ensure PSN is considered and we can guide you through the process of moving from one technology or supplier to another.
