LSN, in close collaboration with NHS HR and clinical leads, has developed the Induction Academy; a revolutionary model aimed at assessing and pre-assessing competence and capability in order to minimise risks to efficiency and patient care.

We are consistently reminded of the critical need in NHS organisations for more efficient and effective staff induction processes.

A recent article for the Telegraph (Hundreds of foreign doctors ’not checked’) highlights the importance of comprehensive staff induction.

Our Induction Academy provides an essential system for assessing the competence of staff, aimed at solving problems like these.
