EFSA launches consultation on process to access expert knowledge

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has launched a public consultation on draft guidance on a process that would be used to access specialist knowledge, when empirical information is not available. The knowledge would be used by EFSA for food and animal feed risk assessments.
