CAFCASS CYMRU sets direction to improve outcomes for children
CAFCASS CYMRU’s Strategic Plan published yesterday (21st August 2008) sets the organisation’s direction for the next three years ensuring that the needs of service users are met.
Welcoming the Strategic plan, the new Chief Executive of CAFCASS CYMRU, Derek Griffin said:
This Strategic Plan sets out the direction and scope over a 3 year period to effectively meet the needs of service users and fulfil stakeholder expectations.
The plan has 12 main sections that present information on a variety of issues including the aims, objectives and vision of the organisation as well as the delivery work plan which has been developed to achieve the desired outcomes of the Strategy.
