CBI comments on expansion of See Inside Manufacturing initiative

The CBI today commented on the expansion of the Government’s See Inside Manufacturing initiative to seven new sectors.

Katja Hall, CBI Chief Policy Director, said:

“All of these sectors have identified skills shortages as a major challenge.

“Expanding this initiative will allow more businesses to engage with young people and promote the careers available to them in the UK’s world-class manufacturing sectors.”
